❋
Little by little, a little becomes a lot.
“What if there isn’t anything actually wrong with you?”
That persistent sense that something is off, that you’re bad or broken is not a personal defect. It’s information.
And doing more isn’t going to fix it.
Our nervous system is programed for attachment, and when we constantly abandon our own authenticity to adapt to the environments we find ourselves in, this shapes us in profound ways. If we don’t have the language or space to explore this, the experience can be reflected inward as “something must be wrong with me”.
I’ve come to learn that it is part of our human experience to explore and attempt to understand this internal state that is on repeat or feels incomplete. Maybe it’s the relationship you have with your body. Or it shows up as an inability to rest and intense guilt when you slow down. Lack of motivation, or the need to control every aspect of EVERYTHING (because let’s be honest you do know what’s best).
My approach does not dismiss these very honest experiences.
What I do offer is an invitation to notice it. To meet the edge of whatever you are experiencing just enough to microdose the sensation that accompanies the story.
My offerings are an experiential, nervous-system-informed approach to exploring what feels off with curiosity, care and probably a little profanity. Using a variety of tools and techniques I’ve learned along the way to evoke and explore sensation through honest connection, movement + meditation.
The human behind
the experience:
-
I who works at the intersection of nervous system science, depth psychology, and spiritual integration. My energy is grounded, intuitive, and direct — soft but no bullshit.
I’ve done my own deep work. I understand overwhelm, performance pressure, and what it feels like to carry a lot while appearing capable. I don’t pathologize people — I see the intelligence in their coping strategies and help them build real capacity instead of more self-judgment.
My offerings include somatic therapy, movement + meditation for curious humans. I enjoy intellectually stimulating conversations and have a deep appreciation for uncomfortable silences.
I swear … sometimes … a lot. -
Because success without embodiment feels hollow.
Because hustle culture teaches us to override our bodies and call it strength.
Because many high-capacity, intelligent people are exhausted, not because they’re weak, but because they’ve been carrying too much for too long.
I do this work to support post-traumatic growth. To help people move from coping to increased capacity. From dysregulation to discernment. From performance to presence.
The body already knows. I support you in learnig how to listen.
-
I offer body-based experiences that support high-achieving humans in slowing down without collapsing.
Through movement, meditation, nervous system education, and embodied inquiry, I support clients to expand their window of tolerance. This way you can lead, parent, create, and live from a regulated place rather than from reactivity or survival patterns.
My work often serves as the bridge between clinical therapy and spiritual healing — practical enough to create change, spacious enough to support depth.
I offer both group and individual experiences, virtual and in-person.
