community circles
For anyone who has ever felt out of place—because of your race, culture, identity, body, neurodivergence, queerness, or the quiet ache of not fully belonging anywhere. We gather to connect, to exhale, and to feel held in a space that doesn't ask you to shrink, explain, or perform.
Rooted in somatic practice, cultural sensitivity, and trauma informed community care, these circles weave together elements of Somatic Experiencing, Compassionate Inquiry, Yoga & Meditation. Offering an opportunity to observe, reflect, embody & integrate.
Some come to process grief or identity.
Some come to be in their bodies with others who just get it.
All are welcome.
This space is especially held for:
BIPOC and mixed-race individuals
LGBTQIA2S+ folks
Neurodivergent minds
Highly sensitive people
Anyone navigating marginalization, cultural disconnection, or
internalized pressure to “hold it all together”
You don’t have to know exactly why you’re coming.
If you’ve ever felt alone in your experience, this space is for you.
