I bring a steady, no-bullshit presence. I’ve trudged through the stickiness and heaviness of life, and I’m not here to bypass your experience or sugar-coat the work. But I will hold you. I will witness you. And I will offer tools — somatic practices, movement, nervous system regulation, body-based inquiry, and honest reflection — to support you in coming back to your own knowing.

5 Session Package: 1 - 90 Minute Session & 4 - 60 Minute Sessions
- Virtually through Zoom
- In person sessions are available for an additional fee
- Sessions must be used within 5 weeks of the first Initial session
- First initial session must be booked within 5 weeks of the purchase date of package
- 48 hours notice is required to reschedule, within 48 hours a fee of $50 to reschedule
